If you are looking to spend your money only to receive insulting behavior and furious glares in return, the Royal Farms food service section is your best option! The food preparation speed is like something out of a slow-motion animation, but the even more disastrous part is the kitchen staff's attitude toward customers.They treat customers with such utter indifference, rudeness, and anger that it makes you completely regret buying anything. The food service staff don't even bother to give a simple answer or proper guidance; they act as if they are doing customers a charity! No matter how good the food might be (which it isn't), with this horrible customer service, it is not worth trying even once. I am genuinely sorry for the management of this establishment for hiring such an incompetent team.

To start off the fact that she tried to rush me off the kitchen manager Juli clearly shows she’s abusing her power as a kitchen manager. I have never left a review on Google never not even for good ones, but this one this one definitely needed to be Heard 💯💯💯💯💯 I stopped by this location around 2:30 AM on May 6 to grab some of the famous chicken Royal Farms is known for. As a former kitchen manager from this exact store when it originally opened, I was excited to come back and support the location. Unfortunately, the food I was served was very disappointing. The display food looked fresh, but the chicken I received seemed old and like the bottom leftovers that should have already been rotated out. I tried to ignore it at first, but after looking through the box more, the quality was honestly unacceptable. I calmly went back inside to express my concerns to the overnight kitchen manager, Juli. I wasn’t looking for free food or trying to cause problems — I simply wanted my concerns to be heard. The moment I mentioned that I was not going to file a complaint, her attitude completely changed. Desmond consistently makes every visit a great experience. He is always friendly, helpful, professional, and personable. You can tell he truly cares about providing excellent customer service. I’m always glad when he’s working the register because he makes the whole experience so pleasant. It’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back!

This review is only for the food not the actual gas station. I had a terrible experience at this location and would strongly recommend others think twice before ordering here—whether in person or through DoorDash. First, the food quality was extremely disappointing. My meal arrived cold, and the chicken was stale and rubbery, like it had been sitting out far too long. I specifically ordered spicy chicken, but was given regular instead, which makes me question how carefully orders are being prepared. On top of that, my order was incomplete and incorrect. I was missing my small fries, and instead of the 8 oz nacho cheese sauce I paid for, I received two tiny 1 oz containers—not even close to what I ordered. Overall, the experience felt careless and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to spend money on food that is poorly prepared and inaccurately fulfilled. This location is seriously hurting Roy Rogers’ reputation—the chicken here was honestly disgusting. If you’re considering ordering from here, save yourself the disappointment and avoid this location. It’s worth taking the extra drive to Frederick, where the food is actually fresh, properly prepared, and served with care.

Probably the gas station around in MD., as it has being voted last year (link below). My review is based only on the gas station clean condition around the pumping stations, inside the store and helpfulness of the store employees and not about their food. The fuel prices are competitive, should you use your “Royal Farms” app, there’s a lot of perks for drinks, etc. there’s a lot of pumping stations, Carwash and a Tesla charging stations. The facility is off I-270 on a well lighted and safe location, I’d been coming here for many years, never an issue.
